These Terms of Service govern your use of Online Nikah and the services we provide. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide religious Islamic Nikah ceremonies and related consultations, conducted by a qualified imam over video or in person as arranged. A Nikah performed by us is a religious marriage and is not, by itself, a legal civil marriage. You are responsible for completing any civil marriage requirements in your jurisdiction.

Bookings and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The pre-marriage consultation is free. Paid services must be paid in full at the time of booking, by card or PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and any documents required for the ceremony (such as valid identification and, where applicable, proof of the dissolution of any prior marriage). You are responsible for ensuring the eligibility of both parties to marry.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Refund eligibility depends on how much notice is given and whether the ceremony has taken place. Please reach out to discuss your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care but cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties or government authorities, including the legal recognition of a marriage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
